Sam’s story

With more than 20 years of experience in residential construction and as a fifth-generation carpenter, Sam
has built a reputation for quality workmanship, practical problem-solving and delivering projects to an
exceptionally high standard. Building is more than a profession for Sam—it's a craft passed down through
five generations, shaping his commitment to excellence and pride in every project.
Sam enjoys identifying properties with untapped potential and transforming tired homes into beautiful,
functional spaces that buyers value. He is passionate about solving complex renovation challenges, working
closely with clients to bring their vision to life, and ensuring every project is completed properly the first
time.
SEH Developments & Construction was established to combine quality building expertise with disciplined
project management, creating opportunities for private investors to participate in carefully selected
